I’ve been navigating the web since the days of customizable profile themes 🎨,
desktop-destroying widgets 🖥️, and close-knit forum communities 💬. Somewhere
along the line, the internet lost its personality. Everything started looking
the same.
Remember when websites felt like personal spaces instead of standardized
feeds? When we built digital homes 🏠 instead of just renting profile pages
from social media giants? This website is my return to that era.
I lived through the golden ages: the wild west of Web 1.0 🌐, the cozy
community and long nights spent on forums, and the early days of Web 2.0
before everything became a race for an algorithm’s attention. I missed the
raw, unfiltered creativity of the old internet. So, I decided to build my own
piece of it again.
This isn’t a portfolio designed to maximize engagement. It’s a repository of
things I love, projects I’m working on 🌱, and thoughts I want to share without
a character limit.
That’s why I built this site. It’s a modern nod to the early days of the web:
a place where the design serves the content, and the content is entirely,
unapologetically mine.
Here you’ll find my latest work, my ongoing musings, and a digital footprint
that I actually own. Welcome back to the real internet 🌸.
If you grew up on the old web, you probably remember the feeling of finding
your digital tribe 👾 on a random message board. This website is built in that
exact spirit.
